01Can I book my service online?
Yes. Use “Book a service” to send your vehicle details, preferred date, and the issue you’d like us to check. It’s an appointment request; our team will confirm availability with you.
02Which Hero models are available?
Our showroom features Hero motorcycles and scooters. Models photographed include Xpulse motorcycles and Xoom scooters. Stock and colours change, so visit us for current availability and pricing.
03How do I find the right spare part?
Bring your model name, part number, or the old part if you have it. Our parts team can check the correct fit and current availability before you purchase.
04Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
You can visit the showroom during our opening hours. For a repair or service, an advance request helps the workshop plan your visit.
05Where are you, and when are you open?
Find Dipshikha Auto Trade in Dulegaunda, Shuklagandaki, Tanahu, along the Dulegaunda–Khairenitar corridor. We’re open Sunday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed every Saturday.
06What should I bring for a service visit?
Bring your bike or scooter and its registration details. If you have a service booklet or details of previous repairs, bring those along and tell us about any problems you’ve noticed.
