The details you share.
When you request a service, we collect your name, phone number, vehicle model and registration, preferred appointment, and any notes you provide. Staff may also record job details, parts used, and service charges while carrying out the work.
Helping us look after your ride.
We use these details to review appointments, contact you about your request, organise workshop jobs, and keep business records. The app does not include advertising trackers or a feature for selling your personal information.
The right information for the right people.
Customer and inventory records are available to signed-in showroom staff according to their role. Staff accounts use password protection, optional two-step verification, and expiring sessions. Important staff actions are recorded in an audit log.
Our hosting and database providers process data to operate the app. Server operators manage storage, backups, and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies, offline access, and notifications.
Staff sign-in uses an essential session cookie. The installable app caches public pages, images, fonts, and interface files to improve loading. Customer records, inventory API responses, and private workspace pages are not placed in the offline cache.
When staff enable phone notifications, we store an encrypted device subscription to send alerts about low stock and service activity. Alerts omit customer contact details and purchase costs. Browser push providers, such as Apple or Google, deliver them. You can disable notifications in the app’s notification inbox or your device settings.
Ask us about your information.
Visit the showroom to ask about access to your service request, correct an error, or request deletion. We may need to retain some business records for applicable recordkeeping obligations. The showroom team can explain what applies to your request.
You can remove the installed app, clear public cached content through your browser settings, or turn off device notifications. Clearing browser data does not delete business records held by the showroom.
External services have their own policies.
Google Maps, TikTok, and any enabled WhatsApp links open other services. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. Google review names and excerpts displayed on this website come from the showroom’s public listing.
